in the Project and Release pages normally displayed “No”. This has now
been fixed – at least for the individual project releases. So now you
can tell, on a release by release basis, if it has gone through the IP

sponsored by IBM business partner We4IT,
Stephan Schramm and Christian Annawald have contributed a new project ITWU
Exporter on XPages. The project
comes with a set of APIs to export data from Notes databases to XLS, RTF,
PDF and HTML. These APIs are Java APIs that can be invoked from SSJS in
XPages.

New OpenNTF Project: XPage Standby Dialog Custom Control

Dialog Custom Control. The control
brings up a busy indicator when partial refreshs are done from an XPage.

OpenNTF Announcement and Launch: XSnippets Contests

contests. The goal is to increase the quantity and quality of simple code

How the XPages News Aggregator works

website XPages.info
which has above 600 visitors in average per business day.
The home page of this site contains
an XPages news aggregator. Since the launch of XPages.info 1250 news entries
have been added and the amount of daily news is increasing. Last month
there were 135 entries which are six entries per business day.

Preview of new OpenNTF Style

Video on OpenNTF: Extend Domino Servers via OSGi/Java like XPages Extensions

The project essentially allows extending the Domino server by writing OSGi/Java code as opposed to using the Domino C API toolkit. This makes the development of Domino extensions much easier and allows sharing and reuse of Java code.

Easy Setup of SVN in Domino Designer via one Update Site

Tue, Feb 7th 2012 12:24a Niklas Heidloff David Taieb and Dan O'Connor have implemented
a debug plugin that allows debugging server side Java code in the Eclipse
IDE without having to redeploy the plugins after changing them. This plugin
is a new version of the first debug
plugin which was provided as binary

Develop custom REST Services for XWork Server using Apache Wink

was added to the XPages
Extension Library. Developers
can now write their own REST services for IBM Lotus Domino and IBM XWork
Server using the open source project Apache
Wink.
"Apache Wink is a simple yet solid
framework for building RESTful Web services. It is comprised of a Server
module and a Client module for developing and consuming RESTful Web services."

How to build your own XPages Extension Libraries
Wed, Jan 25th 2012 2:09a Niklas Heidloff I blogged some time ago about different
types
of XPages developers. One type
of developers are Java developers who use the Eclipse IDE to build their
own extension libraries which can be deployed as OSGi bundles globally
to Domino servers. While this is not as easy as building apps and controls
with Designer it provides more capabilities and allows easy usage in multiple
databases.
These custom libraries use the XPages
Extensibility API. I provided

project Unobfuscator.
It's a PHP program to 'un-obfuscate' (or obfuscate) iNotes console text
or response data from an iNotes HTTP request in a browser to make debugging

Servlet sample demonstrates how
a servlet can be used to send MIME e-mail messages. Better yet, this mailer

XSnippets 1.0 now released and deployed on OpenNTF

team is making more progress on the project. We have some good news ...
First of all, there are a couple of
improvements since Niklas Heidloff's Widget
and Facebook Comments additions.
Many contributors requested to edit
their own snippets. It was a necessary function and we've implemented it.
Furthermore we have implemented a signaling
functionality. There is a report button now and it sends a message to us.

3, 2011 meeting minutes that Peter
Tanner, the OpenNTF IP Manager was unexpectedly laid off from IBM in November.
Peter was working for IBM as a contractor, where his primary role was to
clear OpenNTF projects for inclusion in our Apache and GPL catalogs. This
personnel change put some constraints on our ability to get the backlog
of projects cleared and, at a time when we were well into the 2nd development
contest.
